Hinsichtlich der nach dem 31. August 1998 getätigten widerrechtlichen Anpflanzungen im Sinne von Artikel 85a teilen die Mitgliedstaaten der Kommission bis zum 1. März jedes Jahres die nach dem 31. August 1998 ohne entsprechende Pflanzungsrechte mit Reben bepflanzten Flächen und die gemäß Absatz 1 des genannten Artikels gerodeten Flächen mit. [EU]

As concerns unlawful plantings planted after 31 August 1998, referred to in Article 85a, Member States shall communicate to the Commission by 1 March each year the areas which were planted with vines without a corresponding planting right after 31 August 1998, as well as the areas grubbed up in accordance with paragraph 1 of that Article.

Im Einklang mit Artikel 188a Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1234/2007 und Artikel 40 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 73/2009 haben Deutschland, Griechenland, Spanien, Frankreich, Italien, Luxemburg, Österreich, Portugal und Slowenien der Kommission die gerodeten Flächen und den regionalen Durchschnitt des Wertes der Zahlungsansprüche gemäß Anhang IX Abschnitt B der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 73/2009 mitgeteilt. In accordance with Article 188a(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 and the second subparagraph of Article 40(1) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal and Slovenia notified the Commission of the areas grubbed up and the regional average of the value of the entitlements referred to in point B of Annex IX to Regulation (EC) No 73/2009.
