[EU]	Accordingly, it is appropriate to establish a Community programme (the 'Programme') to allow the co-financing of activities of the EFRAG, the IASCF and the PIOB, which pursue, in accordance with Article 162 of Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002 of 23 December 2002, laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 [5], aims of a general European interest by designing standards, endorsing standards or supervising standard-setting processes in the field of financial reporting and auditing.
