Architekt des Investorenprojekts ist Helmut Jahn aus Chicago, der schon das Hochhaus der Post in Bonn zu verantworten hat, das dort das liebgewonnene Panorama mit Egon Eiermanns Abgeordnetenhochhaus am Rheinbogen vor der Kulisse des Siebengebirges zerstörte. [G]

The architect behind this investment project is Helmut Jahn from Chicago, who already has the Post Office tower block in Bonn on his conscience. That building destroyed the panorama of Egon Eiermann's high-rise parliament building on a bend in the Rhine against the backdrop of the Siebengebirge mountains, a view of which people had become rather fond.

You cannot overlook "Uptown Munich" from the Nymphenburg castle park (17th century), which is why it is controversial.It is a tower block designed by Düsseldorf architects Ingenhoven and Overdiek on the Georg-Brauchle-Ring, reflecting state-of-the-art development in today's design and technology.
