Januar 2012 ging bei der Überwachungsbehörde ein Antrag nach Artikel 30 Absatz 5 der Richtlinie 2004/17 von Akershus Energi Vannkraft AS, E-CO Energi AS, EB Kraftproduksjon AS und Østfold Energi AS auf Genehmigung der Anwendbarkeit von Artikel 30 Absatz 1 der Richtlinie 2004/17/EG auf Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Erzeugung und dem Verkauf von Strom aus Wasserkraft an Großkunden in Norwegen ein. [EU]	On 24 January 2012, the Authority received a request pursuant to Article 30(5) of Directive 2004/17 from Akershus Energi Vannkraft AS, E-CO Energi AS, EB Kraftproduksjon AS and Østfold Energi AS to approve the applicability of Article 30(1) of Directive 2004/17/EC to activities of production and wholesale of hydroelectric power in Norway.
