	Am 3. März 2007 in Brüssel stattgefunden haben, konnten die im Protokoll zur Festlegung der Fangmöglichkeiten und des Finanzbeitrags nach dem Abkommen zwischen der Europäischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft und der Republik Seychellen über die Fischerei vor der Küste der Seychellen für die Zeit vom 18. Januar 2005 bis zum 17. Januar 2011 vorgesehenen Fangmöglichkeiten angepasst werden. [EU]	The negotiations held in Brussels on 20-21 March 2007 have enabled adjustments to be made to the fishing opportunities provided for in the Protocol setting out, for the period from 18 January 2005 to 17 January 2011, the fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for by the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Seychelles on fishing off Seychelles.

	Da die beiden Vertragsparteien das Protokoll entsprechend geändert und am 21. März 2007 paraphiert haben, schlage ich Ihnen hiermit vor, die Verfahren zur Genehmigung und/oder Ratifizierung des Protokolls in der geänderten Fassung einschließlich seines Anhangs und dessen Anlagen nach den in der Republik Seychellen und in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft geltenden und für das Inkrafttreten erforderlichen Verfahren parallel zueinander einzuleiten. [EU]	The amended Protocol having been initialled by the two Parties on 21 March 2007, I would propose continuing in parallel the procedures for approval and/or ratification of the texts of the amended Protocol and its Annex and Appendices in accordance with the procedures in force in the Republic of Seychelles and in the European Community and necessary for their entry into force.
