	In diesem Zusammenhang sollte besonderes Augenmerk auf das Ziel gelegt werden, den Zugang zu bestehenden Datenbanken über das E-Justiz-Portal zu gewähren, wie im mehrjährigen Aktionsplan 2009-2013 für die europäische E-Justiz vom 27. November 2008 vorgesehen.
