	Angesichts des speziellen Geltungsbereichs und Anwendungszeitraums der Fangmöglichkeiten für Sardellen ist es angezeigt, diese Fangmöglichkeiten mit einer gesonderten Verordnung festzusetzen und die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 53/2010 entsprechend zu ändern. 	Auf der Grundlage der von den Niederlanden vorgelegten Informationen über die Übertragung eines bestimmten Volumens des Fischereiaufwands und der Fangkapazitäten von der Nordsee und auf die Irische See im Jahr 2009 ist es angebracht, den in Anhang IIA Anlage 1 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 53/2010 für die Niederlande festgesetzten höchstzulässigen Fischereiaufwand zu ändern.
