	Am 1. Dezember 2005 leitete die Kommission ferner eine Überprüfung gemäß Artikel 18 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2026/97 über die für PET-Einfuhren mit Ursprung in Indien geltenden Ausgleichsmaßnahmen ein. 	Aus den dargelegten Gründen sollten nach Artikel 11 Absatz 2 der Grundverordnung die Antidumpingmaßnahmen gegenüber den PET-Einfuhren mit Ursprung in der VR China aufrechterhalten werden. [EU]	It follows from the above that, as provided for by Article 11(2) of the basic Regulation, the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of PET originating in the PRC should be maintained.
	Bekanntlich sind seit dem Jahr 2000 Antidumpingmaßnahmen gegenüber Einfuhren von PET aus Indien, Indonesien, der Republik Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan und Thailand und seit 2004 auch gegenüber PET-Einfuhren aus der Volksrepublik China in Kraft. [EU]	It is important to recall that since 2000, there have been anti-dumping measures in force against imports of PET from India, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and since 2004 against the People's Republic of China.
	Bekanntlich wurde aufgrund der derzeit sehr geringen Mengen der PET-Einfuhren aus der VR China keine Dumpingberechnung durchgeführt. [EU]	It is recalled that due to the currently very low import volumes of PET from the PRC, no dumping calculation was carried out.
	Da die Ausfuhren der vier ausführenden Hersteller laut Eurostat nahezu 100 % aller PET-Einfuhren im UZÜ ausmachten, ist ein erneutes Auftreten des Dumpings durch einen der kooperierenden ausführenden Hersteller wenig wahrscheinlich. [EU]	As the exports from these four exporting producers represented close to 100 % of all imports of PET during the RIP (as reported by Eurostat), there seems to be a low risk of recurrence of dumping by any of the exporting producers which cooperated in the investigation.

[EU]	Furthermore, the applicant was able to demonstrate that it was not related to any of the exporters or producers in the PRC which are subject to the anti-dumping measures in force on imports of PET originating in the PRC.
	Der Antragsteller erklärte, dass er mit keinem der ausführenden Hersteller in der VR China, für die die Antidumpingmaßnahmen für PET-Einfuhren gelten, verbunden sei. [EU]	The applicant claimed that it was not related to any of the exporting producers in the PRC subject to the anti-dumping measures in force with regard to PET.
	Der entsprechende Antidumpingzoll für die PET-Einfuhren von Jiangyin Chengsheng New Packing Material Co., Ltd., berechnet auf der Grundlage der in Prozent ausgedrückten Dumpingspanne, beträgt 45 EUR pro Tonne. [EU]	Subsequently, the anti-dumping duty, calculated on the basis of the dumping margin expressed as a percentage, to imports of PET from Jiangyin Chengsheng New Packing Material Co. Ltd is EUR 45 per tonne.

[EU]	The Iranian exporter claimed that Iranian PET imports could not have caused material injury to the Union industry in view of the fact that these import levels would only marginally exceed the de minimis threshold for imports.

	Die Kommission prüfte, ob für PET-Einfuhren aus Iran, Pakistan und den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten eine kumulative Beurteilung der Auswirkungen nach Artikel 3 Absatz 4 der Grundverordnung vorzunehmen ist. [EU]	The Commission examined whether imports of PET in Iran, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates should be assessed cumulatively in accordance with Article 3(4) of the basic Regulation.
	Die PET-Einfuhren von Unternehmen, von denen ein Verpflichtungsangebot angenommen worden war, sind gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 1 der Verordnung von diesem Zoll befreit. [EU]	Imports of PET exported by companies from which an undertaking had been accepted were exempt from that duty pursuant to Article 2(1) of that Regulation.
	Folglich geht die Kommission davon aus, dass die Einführung von Maßnahmen gegen subventionierte PET-Einfuhren den PTA-Herstellern zugutekäme. [EU]	Consequently, it is considered that the imposition of measures on the subsidised imports of PET would benefit the PTA producers.
	Mit dieser Volatilität der Weltmarktpreise für Rohöl lässt sich nicht erklären, weshalb die PET-Einfuhren subventioniert wurden und somit die Preise der Unionshersteller unterboten. [EU]	This volatility of world prices of crude oil cannot explain why imports of PET were subsidised and therefore undercut the Union producers' prices.
	Wie unter den Randnummern 6 ff. erläutert, wurden parallel zu dieser Überprüfung ein Antidumping- und ein Antisubventionsverfahren gegenüber PET-Einfuhren aus Iran, Pakistan und den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten durchgeführt.
