A farmer who is required to submit each year a declaration of the total utilised agricultural area of his holding, at the occasion of an aid application, as provided for in Article 19(1) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, shall indicate in that declaration those parcels used for agriculture which are located in areas referred to in Article 102(1) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 or in areas listed in Annex III to this Regulation as appropriate.

Somit sollten Betriebsinhaber, die Stützungsmaßnahmen beantragen, die nur unter die Einhaltung anderweitiger Verpflichtungen nach den Artikeln 20 und 103 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 479/2008 fallen und für die keine anderen Direktzahlungen gelten, verpflichtet werden, die gesamte landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche ihres Betriebs alljährlich in einem Sammelantrag zu melden, wenn die zuständigen Behörden noch nicht über diese Information verfügen. Hence, farmers who only apply for support measures covered by cross-compliance pursuant to Articles 20 and 103 of Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 and no other direct payments should be obliged to declare on a yearly basis all their agricultural area of the holding in a single application form, unless the competent authorities are already disposing of this information.
