[G]	Encouraged by donations from the faithful and well-wishers, Paskaran finally succeeded in 2002 in realising his dream of establishing a proper Hindu temple of the deity Kamadchi Ampal at a special site in Uentrop, a suburb of Hamm, as a monument of love and worship for the thousands of Tamil Hindus living in Germany.

[G]	Fortuitously, the priest alighted at Hamm railway station in Germany where his mystic thinking seems to have heard God's message asking him to remain there and build a Hindu temple in honour of the deity Kamadchi Ampal (Sanskrit: Kama-akshi), the goddess with the "eyes of love".
	So geschah es, dass an einem sonnigen Morgen im Juli 2002 die Stadt Hamm in heller Aufregung war: Mehrere Hundert Männer, Frauen und Kinder in Prachtgewändern, in schimmernden und farbigen Seidensaris, geschmückt mit Gold, machten sich auf den Weg zu den Eröffnungsfeierlichkeiten des Kamadchi Ampal Tempels.
