[EU]	Specific legal instruments, like 'Law of 30.07.1997 on State Enterprise of public utility PP', 'Postal law', the 'Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 9 January 2004 on the conditions for the provision of universal postal services' and 'Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 24 December 2003' are the legal basis for the granting of this compensation.

	Gemäß Artikel 52 Absatz 2 hat der Minister für Finanzen am 24. Dezember 2003 eine Verordnung über das Kostenverteilungsverfahren eines Anbieters von Universalpostdiensten erlassen, mit der Artikel 14 Absatz 3 der Richtlinie umgesetzt wird.
