	Am 28. 	Da auf die Hersteller Acordis und Brilén insgesamt 40 % der gesamten Produktion hochfester Filamentgarne aus Polyestern in der Gemeinschaft entfällt, wurde beschlossen, dass diese Antragsteller hinreichend repräsentativ für den Wirtschaftszweig der Gemeinschaft waren und deshalb eine Fortsetzung der Untersuchung gerechtfertigt war. [EU]	Since Acordis and Brilén account together for 40 % of the total Community production of polyester high tenacity yarn, it was decided that there was still sufficient standing to continue the investigation.

[EU]	The proceeding was initiated as a result of a complaint lodged in December 2003 by the Comité International de la Rayonne et des Fibres Synthétiques (CIRFS) (the complainant), acting on behalf of producers representing a major proportion, in this case more than 70 %, of the total Community production of polyester high tenacity filament yarn.
