According to the calculations made by Finland on the basis of the standard prices at which KK sold its property, the value of KK's real estate amounted to EUR 5067988. After deducting the amounts in respect of a potential overvaluation of the land for tower blocks in Asemanranta (EUR 135158) and in Takko I (EUR 27212), the minimum value of the land comes to EUR 4905618.
