(2) Artikel 8 Absatz 1 dieser Verordnung legt fest, dass Verbringungen von Tieren, deren Sperma, Eizellen und Embryonen aus einem in einer Sperrzone befindlichen Haltungsbetrieb oder einer Besamungsstation oder einem Samendepot in einen anderen Haltungsbetrieb oder eine andere Besamungsstation oder ein anderes Samendepot von dem Verbringungsverbot gemäß Richtlinie 2000/75/EG auszunehmen sind, sofern die Tiere, das Sperma, die Eizellen und Embryonen gewisse Bedingungen des Artikels erfüllen. Article 8(1) of that Regulation provides that movements of animals, their semen, ova and embryos, from a holding or semen collection or storage centre located in a restricted zone to another holding or semen collection or storage centre are to be exempted from the exit ban provided for in Directive 2000/75/EC, subject to the requirement that the animals, their semen, ova and embryos comply with certain conditions set out in that Article.
