[EU]	Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2009 on European statistics [6] constitutes the reference framework for the provisions of this Regulation, requiring, in particular, conformity to standards of professional independence, impartiality, objectivity, reliability, cost-effectiveness and statistical confidentiality.
	Daher sollte diese Verordnung die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 223/2009 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 11. März 2009 über europäische Statistiken und die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2533/98 des Rates vom 23. November 1998 über die Erfassung statistischer Daten durch die Europäische Zentralbank [15] unberührt lassen. [EU]	This Regulation should therefore be without prejudice to Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2009 on European statistics [14] and to Council Regulation (EC) No 2533/98 of 23 November 1998 concerning the collection of statistical information by the European Central Bank [15].

[EU]	In order to guarantee sound and independent statistics, Member States should ensure the principle of professional independence of national statistical authorities in conformity with Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2009 on European statistics [2], and as further set out in the European Statistics Code of Practice.
	Der Qualitätsbericht enthält die quantitativen und qualitativen Indikatoren für alle in Artikel 12 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 223/2009 festgelegten Qualitätskriterien.
