[EU]	In view of the need to ensure the development of consistent regulatory practice and the consistent application of the EU regulatory framework, the Commission established the European Regulators Group (ERG) pursuant to Commission Decision 2002/627/EC of 29 July 2002 establishing the European Regulators Group for Electronic Communications Networks and Services [10] to advise and assist the Commission in the development of the internal market and, more generally, to provide an interface between NRAs and the Commission.

[EU]	For this reason the national regulatory authorities, acting within the European Regulators Group for Electronic Communications Networks and Services (ERG), established by Commission Decision 2002/627/EC [4], in its response to the public consultation on the review of Regulation (EC) No 717/2007, once again called on the Commission to act at Community level, both as regards the prolongation of the Regulation and with regard to the regulation of SMS roaming and data roaming services.

[EU]	Therefore, the transitional period granted to them by Decision 2008/627/EC should not be extended in respect of the auditors and audit entities that provide audit reports concerning the annual or consolidated accounts of companies incorporated in those third countries.
	Aus diesem Grund sollte die Übergangsfrist, die die Entscheidung 2008/627/EG Abschlussprüfern und Abschlussprüfungsgesellschaften einräumt, die für die Jahresabschlüsse bzw. konsolidierten Abschlüsse von in diesen Drittländern oder Gebieten eingetragenen Unternehmen Bestätigungsvermerke erteilen, verlängert werden. [EU]	Therefore, it is appropriate to extend the transitional period granted by Decision 2008/627/EC in respect of the auditors and audit entities that provide audit reports concerning the annual or consolidated accounts of companies incorporated in those third countries and territories.
	Aus Gründen der Klarheit und der Rechtssicherheit sollte die Entscheidung 2005/627/EG aufgehoben werden. [EU]	For reasons of clarity and legal certainty, Decision 2005/627/EC should be repealed.
	Da dieser Beschluss innerhalb der Übergangsfrist ergeht, die bestimmten Drittlandabschlussprüfern und -abschlussprüfungsgesellschaften durch die Entscheidung 2008/627/EG der Kommission vom 29. Juli 2008 betreffend eine Übergangsfrist für Abschlussprüfungstätigkeiten bestimmter Drittlandabschlussprüfer und –;abschlussprüfungsgesellschaften eingeräumt wird, sollte er keine abschließenden Beschlüsse über die Gleichwertigkeit vorwegnehmen, die die Kommission gemäß Artikel 46 der Richtlinie 2006/43/EG gegebenenfalls noch erlässt. [EU]	As this Decision is taken in the context of the transitional period granted to certain third country auditors and audit firms by Commission Decision 2008/627/EC of 29 July 2008 concerning a transitional period for audit activities of certain third country auditors and audit entities [4], this Decision should not pre-empt any final equivalence decisions that the Commission may adopt pursuant to Article 46 of Directive 2006/43/EC.
	Da dieser Beschluss innerhalb der Übergangsfrist erlassen wird, die bestimmten Drittlandabschlussprüfern und -abschlussprüfungsgesellschaften durch die Entscheidung 2008/627/EG der Kommission vom 29.
