Auf Basis der von Deutschland mitgeteilten Informationen führt die Kommission den Marktvergleich anhand der in der folgenden Übersicht aufgeführten Vergleichstransaktionen durch, die dem Land Hessen und der Helaba entweder zum Transaktionszeitpunkt Ende 1998 bekannt waren oder, falls sie einige Monate später stattfanden, durch die unmittelbare zeitliche Nähe einen Rückschluss auf die zum Transaktionszeitpunkt Ende 1998 vorherrschenden Marktbedingungen erlauben: [EU]
