Der Einführer muss der Zollstelle am Ort der Einfuhr in die Europäische Union das unterzeichnete Original (Formblatt Nr. 1) und die "Kopie für den Einführer" (Formblatt Nr. 2) einreichen, gegebenenfalls mit den in Anhang III von CITES geforderten Unterlagen aus dem (Wieder-)Ausfuhrland. [EU] The importer has to submit the signed original (form 1) and 'copy for the importer' (form 2), where appropriate together with CITES Appendix III documents from the (re-)exporting country to the customs office of introduction into the Union.
