Heute gehören einige ihrer Autoren zu den bekannten und viel gelesenen Schriftstellern deutscher Sprache - Feridun Zaimoglu oder SAID, Rafik Schami oder Terézia Mora, Herta Müller oder Zsuzsa Bánk haben sich auf dem Buchmarkt etabliert und sind mit ihren Romanen, Erzählungen und Gedichten wichtige Repräsentanten der heutigen deutschen Literatur. Today, migrant writers are counted among the popular and widely read representatives of German-language literature. Feridun Zaimoglu, SAID, Rafik Schami, Térezia Mora, Herta Müller and Zsusza Bánk, to name but a few, are firmly established on the book market and with their novels, stories and poems are important representatives of contemporary German literature.

The online magazine Litrix.de is at the heart of the project, offering excerpts from outstanding new publications, specimen translations and the latest information on the German book market.

Seit Januar 2004 bietet das Online-Magazin Litrix.de Auszüge aus herausragenden Neuerscheinungen, Probeübersetzungen und aktuelle Informationen zum deutschen Buchmarkt. [G]

From January 2004, excerpts from outstanding new publications, specimen translations and the latest information on the German book market will be available from the online magazine Litrix.de.

Während sich die Aktivitäten der anderen Literaturhäuser mehr oder weniger am Buchmarkt orientieren, arbeitet die literaturWERKstatt nach einem völlig anderen Prinzip. [G]
