	Der Tarifmechanismus wird in Artikel 73 der Bestimmungen für die Erbringung von Stromübertragungs-, -verteilungs-, -messungs- und -vertriebsdienstleistungen für den Zeitraum 2004 bis 2007 ("Testo integrato delle disposizioni per l'erogazione dei servizi di trasmissione, distribuzione, misura e vendita dell'energia elettrica per il periodo di regolazione 2004-2007") beschrieben. 	Der vorliegende Beschluss betrifft sowohl die nach Artikel 1 des Dekrets von 2004 zugunsten anderer Begünstigter als Alcoa eingeführten Vorzugsstromtarife (im Folgenden "Tarife von 2004") als auch die nach Artikel 11 Absatz 12 des Gesetzes Nr. 80/2005 eingeführten und durch die Beschlüsse der italienischen Energiebehörde AEEG (Autorità per l'energia elettrica e il gas) näher bestimmten Vorzugstarife (im Folgenden "Tarife von 2005").
