	Gemäß Artikel 12 Nummer 7 von Teil A des Anhangs der mehrjährigen Finanzierungsvereinbarung wird der laut einer Konformitätsentscheidung wiedereinzuziehende Betrag vom nächsten Zahlungsantrag an die Kommission abgezogen. [EU]	According to Article 12(7) of Section A of the Annex of the MAFA the amount to be recovered in accordance with a conformity clearance Decision shall be deducted from the next application for payment to the Commission.

Bei späteren Ausgaben ist das für die Förderfähigkeit ausschlaggebende Datum das Datum des Instruments, durch das die Begünstigten zu Begünstigten für das jeweilige Projekt erklärt wurden; ausgenommen sind Durchführbarkeits- und ähnliche Studien. [EU]	In order to take into account the requirements of Article 8(1)b, Section A of the MAFA, the expenditures pursuant of this Decision shall be eligible for Community co-finance only if incurred by beneficiaries from the date of this Decision or, if later, the date of the instrument making them a beneficiary for the project in question, except that for feasibility and related studies, provided in all cases it is not paid by the Sapard Agency prior to the date of this Decision.
