	Um weitere nachteilige Auswirkungen des CDO-Portfolios auf die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung (nachstehend "GVR" abgekürzt) der KBC in der Zukunft zu verhindern, verständigte sich die KBC am 14. Mai 2009 mit den belgischen Behörden auf eine staatliche Schutzmaßnahme für ihr Super-Senior-CDO-Portfolio.
