	Aufgrund der guten Adhäsionsfähigkeit und Zugfestigkeit von Polyvinylalkohol dürfte diesem neuen Lebensmittelzusatzstoff eine technologische Rolle als Filmüberzugmittel für Nahrungsergänzungen zukommen, insbesondere dort, wo eine Feuchtigkeitkeitsbarriere oder feuchtigkeitsschützende Eigenschaften erforderlich sind.
