With regard to Heli Air, the competent authorities of Bulgaria informed that the carrier will be in a position to operate all aircraft on its fleet of type LET L-410 fully equipped with the necessary obligatory safety equipment (EGPWS and TCAS) and therefore able to ensure safe operation within the Community at the latest by 5 December 2007.

Die Kommission hat auch die Entscheidung der zuständigen bulgarischen Behörden vom 21. Juni 2007 zur Änderung des Luftverkehrsbetreiberzeugnisses des Unternehmens Heli Air Service zur Kenntnis genommen, durch die dem Unternehmen der Flugbetrieb nach der Europäischen Gemeinschaft, der Schweiz, Norwegen und Island mit dem Luftfahrzeugmuster LET 410 mit der Eintragungskennung LZ-CCT, LZ-CCS, LZ-CCR, LZ-CCE, LZ-CCF und LZ-LSB bis auf weiteres untersagt wird. The Commission has also taken note of the decision by the competent authorities of Bulgaria on 21 June 2007 to modify the AOC of Heli Air Service by suspending until further notice the operation in the European Community, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland of the aircraft of type LET 410 with registration marks LZ-CCT, LZ-CCS, LZ-CCR, LZ-CCE, LZ-CCF and LZ-LSB.

Gemäß Erwägung 35 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 235/2007 der Kommission sollte die Situation fünf bulgarischer Luftfahrtunternehmen - Air Sofia, Bright Aviation Services, Heli Air Services, Scorpion Air und Vega Airlines - genau beobachtet werden. [EU]

As stated in Regulation (EC) No 787/2007, the competent authorities of Bulgaria informed the Commission of the revocation of the Air Operator's Certificate of the carriers Vega Airlines, Bright Aviation, Scorpion Air and Air Sofia, of the suspension of the Air Operator's Certificate of Air Scorpio and of the imposition of operating restrictions on the aircraft of the carrier Heli Air that were not equipped with the necessary obligatory safety equipment (EGPWS and TCAS) to perform safe flights within the Community.

At the same date, the competent authority of the Republic of Congo informed the companies Aero Fret Business, Canadian Airways, Congo Airways (WAC), Emeraude, Equajet, Heli-Union Congo, Mani Air Fret, Mistral Aviation and Protocole Aviation that their AOCs were withdrawn pending examination of the necessary documentation required to obtain a new AOC.
