	Mit E-Mail vom 3. Juni 2009 teilte Norwegen der Überwachungsbehörde mit, dass in der Provinz Aust-Agder (Südnorwegen) Bonamia ostreae in Wildaustern nachgewiesen worden war und das betroffene Gebiet durch eine Kontroll- und Überwachungszone abgegrenzt worden war. [EU]	Norway informed the EFTA Surveillance Authority by e-mail of 3 June 2009 that an infection with Bonamia ostreae had been detected in wild oysters from the county of Aust-Agder in the south of Norway and that a control zone and a surveillance zone around the area affected had been established.

April 2010 (Sache Nr. 554681) bestätigte Norwegen gegenüber der Überwachungsbehörde, dass die Präsenz von Bonamia ostreae in den aus der Provinz Aust-Agder (Südnorwegen) stammenden Wildaustern nicht ausgeschlossen werden konnte und dass in Folge dessen kein schlüssiger Nachweis vorlag, der die Aufhebung der Kontroll- und Überwachungszone rechtfertigen konnte. [EU]	By letter dated 23 April 2010 (event No 554681), Norway has confirmed to the EFTA Surveillance Authority that the presence of Bonamia ostreae in the wild oysters from the county of Aust-Agder in the south of Norway could not be excluded and, hence, that no conclusive evidence could justify the lifting of a control and surveillance zone around the relevant area.

[EU]	The NUTS III parts qualifying for flexibility (Østfold, Buskerud, Vest-Agder, Rogaland, Hordaland, Møre og Romsdal, Sør-Trøndelag) are contiguous with the NUTS III regions satisfying the low population density test (Hedmark, Oppland, Telemark, Aust-Agder, Sogn og Fjordane, Nord-Trøndelag, Nordland, Troms and Finnmark) as illustrated by the geographical map of areas proposed for regional aid attached as Annex 1 to this decision [17].Hence, the Authority finds that this condition is met.
