The plan assumes that exchange rates will be stable throughout the restructuring period at a more optimistic level than is currently the case (PLN 3,46/EUR and PLN 2,23/USD, against the current rates of PLN 3,32/EUR and PLN 2,12/USD).

[EU]	The plan analysed the following factors: appreciation of the zloty by 5 % and 10 % over the restructuring period 2006-2011 (the underlying assumption being PLN 3,26/USD), annual pay increases of 7,5 % (the underlying assumption being 5 % per annum) and steel price increases of 20 %.
	Der im Juni angenommene PLN/USD-Kurs betrug 2,254 für 2008 und 2,32 für 2009, dagegen wurde im Umstrukturierungsplan vom September in Anlehnung an einen externen Bericht ein PLN/USD-Kurs von 2,32 für die gesamte Dauer der Umstrukturierung angenommen. [EU]	According to the 2006 restructuring plan, the amendments to the 2004 restructuring plan were necessary because of a change in the macroeconomic climate, i.e. the appreciation in the zloty against the US dollar from PLN 4,1 to PLN 3,0 per USD and the rise in the steel price from USD 300/t to USD 700/t, which had adversely affected the shipyard's economic situation, coupled with insufficient State aid, as a result of which the 2004 restructuring plan could not be implemented in full.
	In dem Plan vom September wurde angenommen, dass Polen 2013 den Euro einführt und somit Änderungen des PLN/USD-Wechselkurses ab diesem Zeitpunkt keinen Einfluss auf die Geschäftstätigkeit der Werft haben werden.
