[EU]	During a transitional period of 24 months starting from 1 January 2008, the period for issuing the AEO certificate referred to in the first sentence of Article 14o(2) shall be extended to 300 calendar days, the period for communication of the application referred to in Article 14l(1) shall be extended to 10 working days, the period for information referred to in Article 14l(2) shall be extended to 70 calendar days, and the period for consultation referred to in Article 14m(1) shall be extended to 120 calendar days.
