	Ungeachtet der Artikel 2 und 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2597/97 des Rates vom 18. Dezember 1997 zur Festlegung ergänzender Vorschriften für die gemeinsame Marktorganisation für Milch und Milcherzeugnisse hinsichtlich Konsummilch ist auf Madeira im Rahmen des örtlichen Bedarfs die Herstellung von rekonstituierter UHT-Milch aus Milchpulver mit Ursprung in der Gemeinschaft zulässig, soweit mit dieser Maßnahme die Sammlung und der Absatz der vor Ort erzeugten Milch sichergestellt ist. [EU]	Notwithstanding Articles 2 and 3 of Council Regulation (EC) No 2597/97 of 18 December 1997 laying down additional rules on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products for drinking milk [25], the production in Madeira of UHT milk reconstituted from milk powder originating in the Community shall be authorised within the limits of local consumption requirements, insofar as this measure ensures that locally produced milk is collected and finds outlets.
	Ungeachtet des Artikels 114 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1234/2007 ist auf Madeira und im französischen überseeischen Departement Réunion im Rahmen des örtlichen Bedarfs die Herstellung von rekonstituierter UHT-Milch aus Milchpulver mit Ursprung in der Union zulässig, soweit diese Maßnahme die Sammlung und den Absatz der vor Ort erzeugten Milch nicht behindert.
