	Nach Ziffer 3.1.2 des FuEuI-Gemeinschaftsrahmens wird, wenn nicht gewinnorientierte Forschungseinrichtungen oder andere Innovationsmittler wirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten wie die Vermietung von Infrastruktur, Dienstleistungen für gewerbliche Unternehmen oder Auftragsforschung ausüben, die öffentliche Finanzierung dieser Tätigkeiten grundsätzlich als Beihilfe betrachtet.
