Neben der neuen Regelung für die spezifische Beihilfe für Baumwolle erscheint es angebracht, eine Reihe weiterer Vorschriften anzunehmen, die den Baumwollsektor dabei unterstützen, sich in dem neuen rechtlichen und Marktumfeld zu stabilisieren. [EU]

Besides the new regime on the specific payment for cotton, it would seem appropriate to adopt another set of rules with the purpose of helping the cotton sector to stabilise in the new legal and market context.
