accorded
Irish
the
status
of
official
language
and
working
language
of
the
institutions
of
the
European
Union
.
Die
Verordnung
(
EG
)
Nr
.
920/2005
sieht
vor
,
dass
die
Organe
der
Union
aus
praktischen
Gründen
und
vorübergehend
von
der
Verpflichtung
entbunden
sind
,
alle
Rechtsakte
,
einschließlich
der
Urteile
des
Gerichtshofs
,
in
irischer
Sprache
abzufassen
oder
in
diese
zu
übersetzen
,
wobei
allerdings
Verordnungen
,
die
gemeinsam
vom
Europäischen
Parlament
und
vom
Rat
erlassen
werden
,
von
dieser
Ausnahmeregelung
ausgenommen
sind

Regulation
(EC)
No
920/2005
provides
that
,
for
practical
reasons
and
on
a
transitional
basis
,
the
institutions
of
the
Union
are
not
to
be
bound
by
the
obligation
to
draft
and
translate
all
acts
,
including
judgments
of
the
Court
of
Justice
,
in
the
Irish
language
,
with
the
exception
of
Regulations
adopted
jointly
by
the
European
Parliament
and
the
Council
.

used
by
the

Economic
Community

amended
by
Regulation
(EC)
No
920/2005

Irish
has
been
one
of
the
official
languages
of
the
Community
since
1
January
2007
.
Im
Sinne
dieser
Geschäftsordnung
bezeichnet
der
Begriff
'verbindliche
Sprachen'
unbeschadet
der
Anwendung
der
Verordnung
(
EG
)
Nr
.
920/2005
des
Rates
alle
Amtssprachen
der
Europäischen
Union
,
sofern
es
sich
um
Rechtsakte
mit
allgemeiner
Geltung
handelt
;
andernfalls
bezeichnet
er
die
Sprache(n)
der
Adressaten

For
the
purposes
of
these
Rules
of
Procedure
,
"authentic
language
or
languages"
means
the
official
languages
of
the
European
Union
,
without
prejudice
to
the
application
of
Council
Regulation
(EC)
No
920/2005

in
the
case
of
instruments
of
general
application
,
and
the
language
or
languages
of
those
to
whom
they
are
addressed
,
in
other
cases
.
