	Die Kommission hat die öffentlichen Aufsichts-, Qualitätssicherungs-, Untersuchungs- und Sanktionssysteme für Abschlussprüfer und Abschlussprüfungsgesellschaften aus den im Anhang zur Entscheidung 2008/627/EG genannten Drittländern und Gebieten bewertet. [EU]	The Commission has carried out assessments of the public oversight, quality assurance, investigation and penalty systems for auditors and audit entities of the third countries and territories listed in the Annex to Decision 2008/627/EC.
	Die mit der Entscheidung 2008/627/EG eingeräumte Übergangsfrist wurde auch Abschlussprüfern und Abschlussprüfungsgesellschaften zugestanden, die für die Jahresabschlüsse bzw. konsolidierten Abschlüsse von in Argentinien, auf den Bahamas, in Chile, Kasachstan, Marokko, Mexiko, Pakistan oder der Ukraine eingetragenen Unternehmen Bestätigungsvermerke erteilen. 	Nach der Entscheidung 2008/627/EG der Kommission vom 29. Juli 2008 betreffend eine Übergangsfrist für Abschlussprüfungstätigkeiten bestimmter Drittlandabschlussprüfer und -abschlussprüfungsgesellschaften dürfen Abschlussprüfer und Abschlussprüfungsgesellschaften aus den im Anhang zu dieser Entscheidung genannten Drittländern in der Europäischen Union ihre Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Erteilung von Bestätigungsvermerken zu Jahresabschlüssen bzw. konsolidierten Abschlüssen fortsetzen, wenn diese sich auf Geschäftsjahre beziehen, die zwischen dem 29. Juni 2008 und dem 1. Juli 2010 beginnen.
