	Am 19. 	Das Verfahren wurde aufgrund eines Antrags eingeleitet, der am 7. März 2011 von dem Hersteller Solae Europe S.A. ("Antragsteller") eingereicht wurde, auf den mit mehr als 25 % ein erheblicher Teil der gesamten Produktion bestimmter Waren aus Sojaprotein-Konzentrat in der Union entfällt. [EU]	The proceeding was initiated as a result of a complaint lodged on 7 March 2011 by Solae Europe S.A. ('the complainant') representing a major proportion, in this case more than 25 %, of the total Union production of certain concentrated soy protein products [3].

[EU]	The product concerned and certain concentrated soy protein products produced and sold on the domestic market of the PRC, and on the domestic market of Brazil, which served as an analogue country, as well as certain concentrated soy protein products produced and sold in the Union by the Union industry were found to have the same basic physical, chemical and technical characteristics and uses.
	Infolgedessen handelt es sich bei der betroffenen Ware um Waren aus Sojaprotein-Konzentrat, ausgenommen Waren der zur Fütterung verwendeten Art, mit einem Proteingehalt von 65 GHT oder mehr (N × 6,25), bezogen auf die Trockenmasse ohne Vitamine, Mineralien, Aminosäuren und andere Lebensmittelzusatzstoffe, mit Ursprung in der VR China, die derzeit unter den KN-Codes ex21061020, ex21069092 und ex35040090 eingereiht werden ("betroffene Ware" oder "BWSPK"). [EU]	Consequently, the product concerned is concentrated soy protein products, excluding such products of a kind used in animal feeding, and containing by weight 65 % or more of proteins (N × 6,25) calculated on the dry matter by excluding added vitamins, minerals, amino acids and food additives, originating in the PRC ('the product concerned' or 'CCSPP') and currently falling within CN codes ex21061020, ex21069092 and ex35040090.
