Die Europäische Kommission nimmt zur Kenntnis, dass außer in Fällen, in denen im Rechtsakt ein Dringlichkeitsverfahren vorgesehen ist, das Europäische Parlament und der Rat die Ansicht vertreten, dass bei der Bekanntgabe delegierter Rechtsakte die Ferienzeiten der Organe (Winter, Sommer und Wahlen zum Europäischen Parlament) berücksichtigt werden müssen, damit gewährleistet ist, dass das Europäische Parlament und der Rat in der Lage sind, ihre Vorrechte innerhalb der in den jeweiligen Rechtsakten vorgesehenen Fristen wahrzunehmen, und ist bereit, entsprechend zu handeln. The European Commission takes note that except in cases where the legislative act provides for an urgency procedure, the European Parliament and the Council consider that the notification of delegated acts, shall take into account the periods of recess of the institutions (winter, summer and European elections), in order to ensure that the European Parliament and the Council are able to exercise their prerogatives within the time limits laid down in the relevant legislative acts, and is ready to act accordingly.

Die Europäische Kommission nimmt zur Kenntnis, dass das Europäische Parlament und der Rat außer in den Fällen, in denen der Gesetzgebungsakt ein Dringlichkeitsverfahren vorsieht, davon ausgehen, dass bei der Notifizierung delegierter Rechtsakte den Ferienzeiten der Organe (Winter, Sommer und Europawahlen) Rechnung getragen wird, um sicherzustellen, dass das Europäische Parlament und der Rat in der Lage sind, ihre Befugnisse innerhalb der in den einschlägigen Gesetzgebungsakten festgesetzten Fristen auszuüben, und ist bereit, dementsprechend zu handeln. Wenn keine verkürzten Fristen gelten und kein Fall von Dringlichkeit vorliegt, berücksichtigt die Kommission bei der Übermittlung von Entwürfen für Durchführungsmaßnahmen nach dieser Vereinbarung die Parlamentsferien des Europäischen Parlaments (Winter- und Sommerpause sowie Europawahlen), um sicherzustellen, dass das Parlament seine Befugnisse innerhalb der im Beschluss 1999/468/EG und in dieser Vereinbarung genannten Fristen ausüben kann. Except where shorter time limits apply or in cases of urgency, the Commission will take into account, when transmitting draft implementing measures under this Agreement, the European Parliament's periods of recess (winter, summer and European elections), in order to ensure that Parliament is able to exercise its prerogatives within the time limits laid down in Decision 1999/468/EC and this Agreement.
