	Die Entscheidung 2005/598/EG der Kommission vom 2. August 2005 zum Verbot des Inverkehrbringens von Erzeugnissen, die von im Vereinigten Königreich vor dem 1. August 1996 geborenen oder aufgezogenen Rindern stammen, und zum Ausschluss dieser Tiere von bestimmten in der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 999/2001 festgelegten Kontroll- und Tilgungsmaßnahmen enthält ein Vermarktungsverbot für alle Erzeugnisse, die ganz oder teilweise aus Material bestehen, das von im Vereinigten Königreich vor dem 1. August 1996 geborenen oder aufgezogenen Rindern stammt. [EU]	Commission Decision 2005/598/EC of 2 August 2005 prohibiting the placing on the market of products derived from bovine animals born or reared within the United Kingdom before 1 August 1996 for any purpose and exempting such animals from certain control and eradication measures laid down in Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 [2] places a marketing ban on all products consisting of or incorporating materials derived from bovine animals born or reared in the United Kingdom before 1 August 1996.
	Die österreichische Ministerialverordnung enthält allerdings weiterhin strengere Vorschriften als die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 842/2006, denn sie sieht nach dem 1. Januar 2006 ein Einfuhr-, Verkaufs- und Verwendungsverbot für F-Gase enthaltende neue Erzeugnisse sowie ebenfalls nach dem 1. Januar 2006 ein Einfuhr-, Verkaufs- und Verwendungsverbot für neue und rückgewonnene F-Gase vor, während die EG-Verordnung ein weniger restriktives Vermarktungsverbot enthält, insofern als dieses sich nur auf die in ihrem Anhang II genannten Erzeugnisse bezieht. [EU]	The Ordinance continues to consists, however, of more stringent provisions than Regulation (EC) No 842/2006 since it contains bans on the import, sale and use of new products containing F-gases after 1 January 2006 as well as a ban on the import, sale and use of F-gases, new and recovered, after 1 January 2006, while the Regulation contains a less restrictive ban on the placing on the market since it only applies to products as listed in its Annex II.
	Es ist daher angebracht, das Vereinigte Königreich gleichzeitig mit dem Vermarktungsverbot von den meisten in den Artikeln 12 und 13 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 999/2001 festgelegten Kontroll- und Tilgungsanforderungen in Bezug auf Tiere, die vor dem 1. August 1996 im Vereinigten Königreich geboren oder aufgezogen wurden, zu befreien.
