[EU]	At the request of the contracting entity or its authorised representative established within the Community, the Notified Body carries out the EC verification of the infrastructure subsystem in accordance with Article 18 of and Annex VI to Directive 96/48/EC as amended by Directive 2004/50/EC and in accordance with the provisions of the relevant modules as specified in Annex C of this TSI.
