	Die Verordnung (EG) 1998/2006 der Kommission vom 15. Dezember 2006 über die Anwendung von Artikel 87 und 88 EG-Vertrag auf De-minimis-Beihilfen kann gemäß Artikel 5 Absatz 1 der Verordnung auch auf Unternehmen des Transportsektors sowie auf Unternehmen, die im Sektor der Verarbeitung und Vermarktung von landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen tätig sind, Anwendung finden, sofern die Beihilfen die Voraussetzungen in Artikel 1 und 2 erfüllen. [EU]	Commission Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the application of Articles 87 and 88 of the Treaty to de minimis aid [112] may be applicable - according to Article 5(1) thereof - to the transport sector and undertakings active in the processing and marketing of agricultural products, if the aid fulfils all the conditions laid down in its Articles 1 and 2.
