Tetra's failure to disclose the relevant information falls within Article 14(1)(b) and (c) of the Merger Regulation which provides that the Commission may impose fines of EUR 1000 to 50000 on undertakings where intentionally or negligently they supply incorrect or misleading information in a notification or where they supply incorrect information in response to a request made pursuant to Article 11.
