	Am 11. 	Die Zuwendungen des griechischen Staates in Höhe von insgesamt rund 8 Millionen EUR zugunsten von Olympic Airways sowie die Zahlungen bestimmter Bankdarlehens- und Finanzierungsleasingraten, die der griechische Staat zwischen Mai 2004 und März 2005 anstelle von Olympic Airways in einer Weise leistete, die nicht einer reinen Übernahme der in Artikel 1 Buchstabe b der Entscheidung 2003/372/EG genannten Bürgschaften und der Erfüllung der damit verbundenen Konditionen gleichkommt, ist eine mit dem EG-Vertrag unvereinbare rechtswidrige Beihilfe zugunsten von Olympic Airways. [EU]	The granting by the Greek State to Olympic Airways of sums totalling approximately EUR 8 million, and the additional payment by the Greek State of certain bank loan and finance lease instalments in place of Olympic Airways, between May 2004 and March 2005, to the extent that these payments do not constitute the mere execution of a claim under the guarantees referred to in Article 1(b) of Decision 2003/372/CE and of the related conditions, constitutes illegal State aid to Olympic Airways that is incompatible with the Treaty.
