Januar 2008 bei der Kommission einging, die endgültige Rechtsvorschrift zur Aufhebung von Artikel 4 Absatz 4a des Gesetzes Nr. 17/2007 vor. 	Mit Artikel 1 Absatz 65 des Haushaltsgesetzes 2008 wurde die mit Artikel 4 Absatz 4a des Gesetzes Nr. 17/2007 vorgenommene Änderung der ursprünglichen Regelung, d. h. die Verlängerung der Frist für das Tätigen förderfähiger Investitionen bis 2008, aufgehoben.
