und
Finanzkorrekturregelungen
durchführt

die
es
ihr

ihre
Zuständigkeiten
gemäß
dem
AKP-EG-Partnerschaftsabkommen
,
insbesondere
Anhang
IV
Artikel
34
Absatz
1,
und
gemäß
dem
Übersee-Assoziationsbeschluss
,
insbesondere
den
Artikeln
20
und
32
,
angemessen
wahrzunehmen

In
order
to
ensure
that
funds
are
used
in
accordance
with

limits
of
powers

Commission
shall
apply
clearance-of-accounts
procedures
or
financial
correction
mechanisms
which
enable
it

discharge
its
obligations
under
the
ACP-EC
Agreement

Annex
IV

under
the
Overseas
Association
Decision
,
in
particular
under
Articles
20
and
32
thereof
