	Gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1881/2006 wird die Notwendigkeit der Festlegung eines Höchstgehalts für Ochratoxin A in Lebensmitteln wie zum Beispiel anderen Trockenfrüchten als getrockneten Weintrauben, Kakao und Kakaoerzeugnissen, Gewürzen, Fleischerzeugnissen, grünem Kaffee, Bier und Süßholz, sowie einer Überprüfung der geltenden Höchstgehalte, insbesondere für Ochratoxin A in getrockneten Weintrauben und Traubensaft, auf der Grundlage der neuen wissenschaftlichen Stellungnahme der EFSA in Erwägung gezogen. 	Gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 466/2001 überprüft die Kommission die Bestimmungen betreffend Ochratoxin A in getrockneten Weintrauben und hinsichtlich der Festlegung eines Höchstgehalts für Ochratoxin A in grünem und geröstetem Kaffee, Kaffeeerzeugnissen, Wein, Bier, Traubensaft, Kakao und Kakaoerzeugnissen sowie Gewürzen; dabei werden die durchgeführten Untersuchungen und die angewandten Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen zur Verringerung des Auftretens von Ochratoxin A in diesen Erzeugnissen berücksichtigt. [EU]	According to Regulation (EC) No 466/2001, the Commission shall review the provisions as regards ochratoxin A (OTA) in dried vine fruit and with a view to including a maximum level for OTA in green and roasted coffee and coffee products, wine, beer, grape juice, cocoa and cocoa products and spices taking into account the investigations undertaken and the prevention measures applied to reduce the presence of OTA in these products.
