[EU]	On 31 March 2006, the European Food Safety Authority ('EFSA') gave favourable opinions in accordance with Articles 6 and 18 of Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 and concluded that it is unlikely that the placing on the market of the products containing, consisting of, or produced from NK603xMON810 maize as described in the application ('the products') will have adverse effects on human or animal health or the environment [3].
