	Im Einklang mit dem Beschluss 2012/105/EU des Rates wurden das Abkommen in Form eines Briefwechsels zwischen der Europäischen Union und der Russischen Föderation über die Verwaltung von Zollkontingenten für Holzausfuhren aus der Russischen Föderation in die Europäische Union (im Folgenden "Abkommen") sowie das Protokoll zwischen der Europäischen Union und der Regierung der Russischen Föderation über technische Modalitäten nach Maßgabe dieses Abkommens (im Folgenden "Protokoll") am 16. Dezember 2011 vorbehaltlich ihres Abschlusses unterzeichnet.
