	Sie fällt deshalb unter Artikel 11 Absatz 2 der Währungsvereinbarung und sollte ebenfalls in Anhang A aufgenommen werden. Durch die Richtlinie 2006/49/EG wird ferner die Richtlinie 93/6/EWG des Rates, geändert unter anderem durch die Richtlinie 2002/87/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates [7] und die Richtlinie 2004/39/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates [8], aufgehoben; diese Richtlinien sollten daher aus dem Anhang A gestrichen werden.
