[EU]	The three institutions recognise the importance of addressing the communication challenge on EU issues in partnership between Member States and the EU institutions to ensure effective communication with, and objective information to, the widest possible audience at the appropriate level.
	Nach Auffassung der drei Organe sollte die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zu europäischen Themen so ausgestaltet werden, dass jeder Einzelne Zugang zu ausgewogenen und mannigfaltigen Informationen über die Europäische Union erhält und dass den Bürgern die Möglichkeit zur Wahrnehmung ihres Rechts geboten wird, ihre Meinung zu äußern und sich aktiv an der öffentlichen Debatte über EU-Themen zu beteiligen.
