[EU]	Since Decision 2010/403/EU exempted contracts intended to enable the production and wholesale supply of electricity in the macro-zone north without distinguishing between conventional and renewable sources, it is appropriate to amend that Decision in order to limit the exemption to production and wholesale of electricity from conventional sources.
	Um der derzeitigen Rechts- und Sachlage im Bereich der Erzeugung von und des Großhandels mit Strom aus erneuerbaren Quellen in Italien Rechnung zu tragen, wie sie sich im Zuge der Bewertung des Antrags von EniPower dargestellt hat, und um eine kohärente Behandlung des Marktes für Strom aus erneuerbaren Quellen im gesamten Binnenmarkt im Einklang mit dem jüngsten Durchführungsbeschluss 2012/218/EU der Kommission zu gewährleisten, sollte der Beschluss 2010/403/EU entsprechend geändert werden.
