	Der Beschluss EZB/2006/22 vom 15. Dezember 2006 zur Bestimmung der Maßnahmen, die zur Einzahlung des Kapitals der Europäischen Zentralbank durch die teilnehmenden nationalen Zentralbanken erforderlich sind, legt fest in welcher Form und in welcher Höhe die NZBen der Mitgliedstaaten, die den Euro eingeführt haben (nachfolgend als "teilnehmende NZBen" bezeichnet), verpflichtet sind in Anbetracht des erweiterten Schlüssels für die Kapitalzeichnung das Kapital der EZB einzuzahlen. 	Deshalb bestimmt Artikel 2 Absatz 1 des Beschlusses EZB/2006/22, dass entweder eine teilnehmende NZB einen zusätzlichen Betrag an die EZB überträgt oder gegebenenfalls einen Betrag von der EZB zurückerhält, damit sich die in der Tabelle in Artikel 1 des Beschlusses EZB/2006/22 aufgeführten Beträge ergeben.
