	Eine nach Maßgabe dieser Verordnung für die Versteigerung der Zwei-Tage-Spot oder Fünf-Tage-Futures bestellte Auktionsplattform ist ohne weitere rechtliche oder administrative Anforderungen seitens der Mitgliedstaaten befugt, geeignete Vorkehrungen zu treffen, um in Artikel 18 Absätze 1 und 2 genannten Bietern den Zugang zu und die Teilnahme an Versteigerungen zu ermöglichen. [EU]	Any auction platform appointed under this Regulation for the auctioning of two-day spot or five-days futures shall be allowed, without further legal or administrative requirements by the Member States, to provide appropriate arrangements so as to facilitate access to and participation in auctions by bidders referred to in Article 18(1) and (2).
	Sind Zwei-Tage-Spot oder Fünf-Tage-Futures Finanzinstrumente im Sinne von Artikel 1 Nummer 3 der Richtlinie 2003/6/EG, so ist die genannte Richtlinie für die Zwecke der vorliegenden Verordnung auf die Versteigerung dieser Auktionsobjekte anwendbar. [EU]	For the purposes of this Regulation, where two-day spot or five-days futures are financial instruments within the meaning of Article 1(3) of Directive 2003/6/EC, that Directive shall apply to the auctioning of those auctioned products.
