Encouraged by donations from the faithful and well-wishers, Paskaran finally succeeded in 2002 in realising his dream of establishing a proper Hindu temple of the deity Kamadchi Ampal at a special site in Uentrop, a suburb of Hamm, as a monument of love and worship for the thousands of Tamil Hindus living in Germany.

Fortuitously, the priest alighted at Hamm railway station in Germany where his mystic thinking seems to have heard God's message asking him to remain there and build a Hindu temple in honour of the deity Kamadchi Ampal (Sanskrit: Kama-akshi), the goddess with the "eyes of love".
